About Alien In-Line

Alien In-Line was founded in Calgary, Canada in 1994 by a group of world-class speed skaters including current owners Patrick Seltsam (World Cup medallist in 1989) and Mark Greenwald (U.S. Olympic Team 1988 & 1992). Initially Alien In-Line provided instruction in in-line skating to adult individuals and groups, but in 1995 we began offering a school based program in Calgary's public and separate schools boards.

In addition to directly providing in-line skating instruction to more school participants than any other organization that we are aware of in the world, Alien In-Line also presents school programs in speed skating on ice at the prestigious Olympic Oval in Calgary.

Mr. Greenwald and Mr. Seltsam have also served on the Board of Directors for U.S. Speed Skating.
